With quinoa, tomato, onion, zucchini, green pepper and celery in a flavor packed traditional red chile sauce (mild).

Beans and rice that will keep you loving this protein packed staple! Enjoy it on its own, throw it in a burrito for on the go, or scramble it up with eggs for a hearty campfire breakfast.

MILD NOT YOUR THING? Have no fear, we’ve got you. Inside each bag is a packet of spicy (think dehydrated hot sauce). Add as much fire as your heart desires.

What even is an Anasazi bean? While the meaning of the term Anasazi is controversial among archaeologists and pueblo communities, the bean itself is one of the few crops known to have been cultivated by the cliff dwelling Ancestral Pueblo people. Found in ruins throughout our area, this bean is presently grown at 7,000 ft. on the same land the Ancestral Pueblo inhabited as early as 130 A.D. Pretty neat!

This meal is packaged in Omnidegradable Packaging - you can cook in the bag and it will break down completely anywhere microbes are present! Included packaging is also compostable.
