Domestic Shipping: 

Shipping on orders over $20 is free. The cost of shipping on orders below $20 is a flat rate of $3.49. Most orders leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days, and we strive to have your domestic orders delivered in 5-7 business days of ordering. items with longer shipping timelines will list it on their product page. Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. If you need us to use a specific mail carrier please reach out to help@garagegrowngear.com

Note: Items ordered from Enlightened Equipment, Shamma Sandals, El Coyote, and Gryphon Gear ship directly from the manufacture.

FREE shipping on orders over $20: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $20 to customers within the United States.  Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the United States.

Expedited Shipping:  We offer expedited shipping rates that range from $5 to $746893 for 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, or even overnight shipping! Please contact help@garagegrowngear.com for a quote. 

 

International Shipping:  

Shipping on orders over $1000 is free. We are happy to offer international shipping, and the cost of international shipping ranges from $5 to $95. Since international shipping rates are traditionally very high, we subsidize the costs to offer more affordable pricing. While delivery times vary greatly depending on location, packages typically take between 10-14 business days. Tracking says your package was delivered but its not there? Please wait 1 additional business day before reaching out. Most of the time your package will just arrive the following day. If after 1 business day it still isn't delivered, let us know, and please contact your local USPS or UPS station. They will be able to provide you with the most relevant information. Checking with your neighbors is a good idea too!

Package taking longer than expected to arrive? While very rare, this does occasionally happen. As a small business, we ask for your patience as we work with the shipping carrier to try and figure out the location of your package. If the package is determined to be lost, we will ship out a replacement. This process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the shipping carrier.

Please Note: If delivery of your package is verified (but you still don't have your package), we can file a claim on your behalf. That said, Garage Grown Gear is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing customers for packages where tracking shows as delivered. Porch pirates are particularly common during the holidays, and if you'd like a required signature for delivery, please let us know: help@garagegrowngear.com. If this situation does occur, we are happy to offer replacement items at wholesale cost (pending product availability).

 

***Due to COVID-19, some international orders are taking longer than normal to deliver. While we will do our best to provide updates on the locations and timelines of both domestic and international packages, depending on the part of the world (and their impact/response to COVID-19), there is the potential of extended delays. While exceptionally rare, some international packages are taking up to 2 months. USPS has said that in some remote places it can take up to 3 months.
