Shipping: Shipping rates vary depending on the items and your location. Most items on our site leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We ship from several warehouses around the country so your order may arrive in separate shipments. We strive to have your domestic orders delivered in 5-7 business days.  Some custom items take longer. Typical shipping time frames can be found in the product description on each product.  Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Some small items may ship USPS First Class Mail.  We may also ship your package via UPS or FedEx.  

FREE shipping on orders over $20: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $20 to customers within the United States.  Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the United States and customers in Alaska and Hawaii may pay a small shipping fee depending on the items ordered.


Expedited Shipping:  We offer expedited shipping rates that range from $5 to $75 for delivery in 3-5 Business Days.

International Shipping:  We are happy to offer international shipping, and the cost of international shipping ranges from $5 to $95. Since international shipping rates are traditionally very high, we subsidize the costs to offer more affordable pricing. While delivery times vary greatly depending on location, packages typically take between 10-14 business days. Please Note: Our subsidized shipping service is by default USPS First Class International Mail. It's a great, affordable service that is fairly reliable! Unfortunately, USPS does not allow us to inquire about delayed or missing First Class International packages. We've found that in most cases they do eventually arrive, however, so it's perfect if if you aren't in a rush!


Tracking says your package was delivered but its not there? Please wait 1 additional business day before reaching out. Most of the time your package will just arrive the following day. If after 1 business day it still isn't delivered, let us know, and please contact your local USPS or UPS station. They will be able to provide you with the most relevant information. Checking with your neighbors is a good idea too!

Please Note: If delivery of your package is verified (but you still don't have your package), we can file a claim on your behalf. That said, we are not responsible for refunding or reimbursing customers for packages where tracking shows as delivered. Porch pirates are particularly common during the holidays, and if you'd like a required signature for delivery, please let us know:


***Due to COVID-19, some international orders are taking longer than normal to deliver. While we will do our best to provide updates on the locations and timelines of international packages, depending on the part of the world (and their impact/response to COVID-19), there is the potential of extended delays. Some packages are taking up to 2 months. USPS has said that in some remote places it can take up to 3 months.
