Shipping Information
***Note that delivery timelines around the holidays are more unpredictable than at other times of the year. Plan your orders with this in mind, and if you have a particularly firm delivery timeline, please reach out and we'll try to accommodate!
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping on orders over $50 is free. Most orders leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days, and we strive to have your domestic orders delivered within 4-6 business days of ordering. Items with longer processing timelines will list it on their product page. At checkout, choose between USPS and UPS shipping services. If you need us to use a different mail carrier (or have a specific shipping deadline) please reach out to help@garagegrowngear.com
Note: Quilts ordered from Enlightened Equipment and El Coyote ship directly from the manufacturer, as do pants and shorts from Gnara.
FREE shipping on orders over $50: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $50 to customers within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the United States.
Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority and UPS 2nd Day Air are available at checkout. For more options, reach out to help@garagegrowngear.com. We'll always do our best to make it happen!
International Shipping:
We are happy to offer international shipping, and the cost of international shipping ranges from $5 to $95. Since international shipping rates are traditionally very high, we subsidize the costs to offer more affordable pricing. While delivery times vary greatly depending on location, packages typically take between 10-21 business days. Want faster shipping times? ***Customers may be subject to customs fees depending on the country of delivery. These costs are not the responsibility of Garage Grown Gear. Before selecting a shipping service (USPS, UPS, or DHL) please consult with your local carries to inquire about potential fees. Fees can vary by carrier, country, municipality, order contents, and order value, and are the sole responsibility of the customer to understand and pay.
When considering customs declarations, please note that the declared value of your package is the full value of the items purchased. Even if you purchased items at discount, the declared value will show the full cost without discount.
Additional information:
Tracking says your package was delivered but its not there? Please wait 1 additional business day before reaching out. Most of the time your package will just arrive the following day. If after 1 business day it still isn't delivered, let us know, and please contact your local USPS or UPS station. They will be able to provide you with the most relevant information. Checking with your neighbors is a good idea, too!
Package taking longer than expected to arrive? While rare, this does occasionally happen. We ask for your patience as we work with the shipping carrier to try and figure out the location of your package. If the package is determined to be lost, we will ship out a replacement. This process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the shipping carrier.
Please Note: If delivery of your package is verified (but you still don't have your package), we may be able to file a claim on your behalf. That said, Garage Grown Gear is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing customers for packages where tracking shows as delivered. Porch pirates are particularly common during the holidays, and if you'd like a required signature for delivery, please let us know: help@garagegrowngear.com. If this situation does occur, please reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to troubleshoot!
***Due to COVID-19, some international orders are taking longer than normal to deliver. While we will do our best to provide updates on the locations and timelines of both domestic and international packages, depending on the part of the world (and their impact/response to COVID-19), there is the potential of extended delays. While exceptionally rare, some international packages are taking up to 2 months. USPS has said that in some remote places it can take up to 3 months.
