We want you to feel confident when you purchase with us. Here's the bottom line: if you're unhappy, we're unhappy. We're real people with real answers, and regardless of the issue, we'll always go the extra mile to help.
We'll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery. We'll give you either a refund or exchange. It's your choice.
While exchanges will be accepted on most items (given they fall within the parameters listed above), no returns can be accepted on Seasonal Gift Boxes, or custom made gear.
You're responsible for shipping costs to return an item, but we're happy to provide the shipping label. The exception is damaged or defective items; in that case we pick up the shipping tab.
To get the process rolling, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with us on our website. Please provide the following info:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Product to be returned or exchanged
- Reason for return or exchange (we appreciate feedback!)
Note: we value play and time with our families just as much as you do; we’re available during normal working hours on normal business days.
But what if something breaks?
If something happens to your gear that's beyond normal wear and tear, shoot us an e-mail (again that's email@example.com) or chat with us on our website. While we do not provide a specific warranty for products found on Garage Grown Gear, we are often able to coordinate repairs, discounted replacements, or exchanges directly through the manufacturer.
It doesn't matter how long you've had the product for, we'll do our best to fix the situation. We want your experience with Garage Grown Gear to be awesome.
The Fine Print
Exchanges are subject to an item still being in stock. Some items, such as food and custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or defective. Items that cannot be returned will be identified as such in the product description.
If you return an item for a refund you will be refunded the amount of the item only, not your shipping charge. If the order was over $20 and you received free shipping, the initially waved shipping costs may be factored into the return.
Pack your returns carefully! It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.
It takes 3–5 business days to process an exchange or return after it arrives to us. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your item is safely back in our hands.
We retain the right to make the final determination of what constitutes “new, unused.”
