    We want you to feel confident when you purchase with us. Here's the bottom line: if you're unhappy, we're unhappy. We're real people with real answers, and regardless of the issue, we'll always go the extra mile to help.

    We'll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery. We'll give you either a refund or exchange. It's your choice. 

    While exchanges will be accepted on most items (given they fall within the parameters listed above), no returns can be accepted on Seasonal Gift Boxes, or custom made gear.

    You're responsible for shipping costs to return an item, but we're happy to provide the shipping label. The exception is damaged or defective items; in that case we pick up the shipping tab.

    To get the process rolling, e-mail us at help@garagegrowngear.com or chat with us on our website. Please provide the following info:

    - Your name
    - Your order number
    - Product to be returned or exchanged
    - Reason for return or exchange (we appreciate feedback!)

    Note: we value play and time with our families just as much as you do; we’re available during normal working hours on normal business days.

                          

    But what if something breaks? 

    If something happens to your gear that's beyond normal wear and tear, shoot us an e-mail (again that's help@garagegrowngear.comor chat with us on our website. While we do not provide a specific warranty for products found on Garage Grown Gear, we are often able to coordinate repairs, discounted replacements, or exchanges directly through the manufacturer. 

    It doesn't matter how long you've had the product for, we'll do our best to fix the situation. We want your experience with Garage Grown Gear to be awesome. 

                       

    The Fine Print

    Exchanges are subject to an item still being in stock. Some items, such as food and custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or defective. Items that cannot be returned will be identified as such in the product description.

    If you return an item for a refund you will be refunded the amount of the item only, not your shipping charge. If the order was over $20 and you received free shipping, the initially waved shipping costs may be factored into the return.

    Pack your returns carefully! It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

    It takes 3–5 business days to process an exchange or return after it arrives to us. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your item is safely back in our hands.

    We retain the right to make the final determination of what constitutes “new, unused.”

    Ordering from GGG

    I live in Canada, and am more than impressed with GGG! So far I have ordered food from Food for the Sole and a Kula cloth, but on their site I saw an Enlightened Equipment sleeping bag which I found through another site. Thanks GGG for your excellent service!

    I'll Be Back...

    Sure its a great line from Terminator, but its also my feeling towards GGG. I've discovered a TON of new brands here, and while I've only placed a couple of orders, I've been really impressed by the customer service and quality of gear. What a neat idea for a website!

    Fantastic Customer Service & Products

    Garage Grown Gear might have the best customer service I've ever seen. I barely missed out on ordering the LAST sleeping bag online and e-mailed the company asking when they might get more. Lloyd immediately e-mailed back saying he would keep an eye on it and let me know. It was a nice gesture but to be honest, I didn't expect much. Well about 6 days later I awoke to an e-mail from Lloyd saying one new bag just arrived and would probably go quickly. He provided the link if I was still interested. WOW. I grabbed the sleeping bag and it arrived a few days later and I LOVE it. Garage Grown Gear is a fantastic company with great products and I highly recommend them.

    I ordered a Torrid Apex Jacket size medium late on a Sunday night. Garage Grown Gear immediatley e-mailed me a confirmation and they had my jacket at the USPS on Tuesday - pretty fast. The jacket was in my hands in Smyrna, Georgia on Friday, not quite 5 business days after I placed my order. So, I would rate the performance of Garage Grown Gear about a 4.8. I've knocked off 0.2 points because they did not have my jacket at the USPS the very next business day after I placed my order. I e-mailed them because tracking led me to believe that the jacket was lost and the responded very quickly. In my book, perfection is not attainable but I consider Garage Grown Gear to be far closer than most. Dealing with them was a pleasant experience....
