Parameters

We want you to feel confident when you purchase with us. Here's the bottom line: if you're unhappy, we're unhappy. We're real people with real answers, and regardless of the issue, we’re willing to go the extra mile to help as best as we can.

We'll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery (must contain original tags or packaging as applicable). We'll give you either a refund or exchange. It's your choice. If the gear you’ve received has a manufacturing defect, contact customer service within the first 30 days of delivery. If determined to be a manufacturing deficit, we’ll get a replacement item your way.

While exchanges will be accepted on most items (given they fall within the parameters listed above), no returns can be accepted on Seasonal Gift Boxes or food items.

 

FREE Domestic Returns and Exchanges on Item(s) totaling $20+

As long as the item(s) you are looking to return or exchange fall within the above parameters (and the order is domestic), we’ll send you a FREE return label to make the process simple. Please note that we are only able to provide free return labels if the item(s) you are returning have a collective value of more than $20, have been delivered in the last 30 days, and are new or unused (and contain original tags or packaging as applicable).

Return? You’ll get a full refund once the item(s) have been received and have cleared inspection.

Exchange? As soon as your initially purchased item(s) have been received and have cleared inspection, we’ll send out your new item(s) free of charge. This is dependent on product availability.

***Note: FREE returns and exchanges are only available on domestic orders. Orders placed outside of the United States of America will be responsible for covering the full cost of return or exchange shipping. When an international order is returned for a refund, the refund will not include the initial shipping cost.

***Also Note: The goal in offering free returns and exchanges is to make the customer experience around our small brands even more awesome! While we hope this won't be an issue - if an individual is continuously abusing this policy (to be determined by GGG staff), they will lose all access to free returns and exchanges. We are a small bootstrapping business ourselves, so please be mindful of this as we hope to continue to offer free shipping and returns long into the future!

***Note: we value play and time with our families just as much as you do; we’re available during normal working hours on normal business days.

                    

But What if Something Breaks? 

If something happens to your gear that's beyond normal wear and tear, shoot us an e-mail (again that's help@garagegrowngear.com). While we do not provide a specific warranty for products found on Garage Grown Gear, we are often able to coordinate repairs, discounted replacements, or exchanges directly through the manufacturer. 

It doesn't matter how long you've had the product for, we'll try and do our best to fix the situation. We want your experience with Garage Grown Gear to be awesome!

            

The Fine Print

Exchanges are subject to an item still being in stock. Some items, such as food and custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or defective. Items that cannot be returned will be identified as such in the product description.

Pack your returns carefully! It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

It can take up to 5 business days to process an exchange or return after it arrives to us. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your item is safely back in our hands.

We retain the right to make the final determination of what constitutes “new and unused.”
