Though we do not provide a specific warranty for products found on Garage Grown Gear, if a repair, replacement, or refund is necessary due to a warranty issue, we will do our best to help out! For some brands/products, we'll handle warranty claims in-house. For other brands/products, we'll happily help you navigate their warranty process. Details below!
To ensure you have a valid warranty issue and to help get it resolved as quickly as possible, please make sure your item falls within the following guideline:
- Item displays a manufacturer defect, and has not been damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents.
Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: If you believe your purchased item displays a manufacturer defect, please email email@example.com with the information listed below. Please be as detailed as possible.
- Your name
- Order number
- Product brand
- Description of the issue and how/when you noticed it
- Attach photos of the affected area of the product
Step 2: We will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
***Keep in mind some brands will require you to deal with them directly on your claim, but wherever possible, we attempt to handle the claim on your behalf.
