Domestic Shipping: 

Fast shipping is our thing! Most orders get processed and are out our door within 1-2 business days. Orders within the United states will typically deliver within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase.

FREE shipping on orders over $50: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $50 to customers within the United States.  Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the United States.

International Shipping:  

We’re happy to offer international shipping! Delivery times typically range from 10-21 business days but can vary greatly depending on location and local regulations. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend allowing at least one month for transit.

Please note that the delivery estimate provided at checkout is not a guarantee, and we cannot reimburse shipping costs for delayed parcels. Some product offerings may be restricted based on the destination. We are also unable to estimate or prepay import duties and taxes at checkout. Customs fees may apply based on your location and order value, and these are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with local authorities for any potential charges. The declared value of your package will reflect the full purchase price, excluding discounts.

Instore Order Pickup:

If you're in the Twin Cities area or passing through on an adventure, feel free to swing by our warehouse and pick up your order in person! We’re open for pickups Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Simply select the "Pickup in Store" option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Additional information:

Certain products from brands like Gnara, Zenbivy, El Coyote, and Enlightened Equipment may have longer processing times. For details, be sure to check the product page prior to placing your order.

Express Shipping:   We offer 1 option for express shipping within the United States at checkout, UPS 2day Air.  Express orders placed before 12pm CST will be processed the same business day. Express orders placed on holidays or weekends will be process the next business day. We do not guarantee an express order will ship the same day it's placed, nor do we guarantee it will arrive within the delivery window estimated at checkout. 

Promotion and Holiday Shipping: Due to increased order volumes during promotional or holiday periods, your order may take an extra day or two to process, please allow up to 3 business for it to be fulfilled.

Tracking says your package was delivered but it's not there. Please wait 1 additional business day before reaching out. Most of the time your package will just arrive the following day. If after 1 business day it still isn't delivered, and please contact your local USPS or UPS station. They will be able to provide you with the most relevant information. Checking with your neighbors is a good idea, too!

Package taking longer than expected to arrive? While rare, this does occasionally happen. We ask for your patience as we work with the shipping carrier to try and figure out the location of your package. If the package is determined to be lost, we will ship out a replacement. This process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the shipping carrier.

Please Note: If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we may be able to file a claim on your behalf. However, Garage Grown Gear is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements for packages marked as delivered. Porch piracy tends to increase during the holidays.
