We'll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery.

Here's the bottom line: if you're unhappy, we're unhappy. We're real people, and we’re willing to go the extra mile to help as best as we can. We want you to feel confident when you purchase with us and if you’re unhappy with any product, we’ll take it back provided the item’s condition falls within the following parameters: 

  • Item is new/unused
  • Item contains original tags and/or packaging (as applicable)
  • Item was delivered within the past 30 days

While exchanges or returns will be accepted on most items (given they fall within the parameters listed above), no returns can be accepted on Seasonal Gift Boxes, Garage Sale Items, food items, bidets, toothbrushes, underwear, or free gift items. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on items that total $10 or under. 

There is a flat fee of $4.99 deducted from orders returned for refund to help cover a portion of our shipping and labor costs. There is no fee for returns for store credit or exchanges. Note: No returns or exchanges for items adding up to $10 or under.

International Returns & Exchanges

Orders placed outside of the United States will be responsible for covering the full cost of return or exchange shipping. When an international order is returned for a refund, the refund will not include the initial shipping cost.

But What if Something Breaks? 

If something happens to your gear that's beyond normal wear and tear, head over to our warranty information page and follow the instructions. While we do not provide a specific warranty for products found on Garage Grown Gear, we are often able to coordinate repairs, discounted replacements, or exchanges directly through the manufacturer. We want your experience with Garage Grown Gear to be awesome!

The Fine Print

Exchanges are subject to an item still being in stock. Some items, such as food, undergarments, items in The Garage, free gifts, seasonal gift boxes, and custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or defective. Items that cannot be returned will be identified as such in the product description.

Pack your returns carefully! It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

We retain the right to make the final determination of what constitutes “new and unused.” 

If you receive a free gift in one of our promotions, note that returning items in your order that reduce your original order total below the free gift threshold will require you to either return the free gift, or pay for the free gift.
