Because I live in Canada, I would start from the Northern Terminus.
Someday i hope i will be able to do it.

I’ve been wanting to hike my first thru hike on the PCT for years now. I’m from Canada so thank you for making the contest available internationally ! This would be the boost I need to get my perfect pack together.

My girlfriend and I are going to do section hikes on the PCT through the Sierra abd would love to try some new stuff, GOOD LUCK to all!!

So nice to see a giveaway like this open to international hikers! Personally, I’ll be hiking the PCT this year, northbound starting April 19th! Whilst it’s true that you can buy ultralight gear in the UK, I feel that the real quality equipment comes straight from the US. Retailers who stock UL equipment from the US in the UK do add quite a lot of margin so sometimes making it unaffordable. The UL cottage companies in the US all seem to be working together, humble and routing for each-other which is so good to see, as ultimately whilst they want to sell product… the just want people to get outside and smell the air! I’d love to win! To showcase the best products, on the best terrain and hopefully inspiring some UK entrepreneurs to start making much more UL gear here in England just like Atom Packs amongst others! :)

As a Dead Man Back from the Dead and Still Walking I really need to lighten up my load to help me finish the Triple Crown before I’m down and out for good… They say it’s a medical miracle I’m still alive and even able to hike !!
