    We want you to feel confident when you purchase with us. Here's the bottom line: if you're unhappy, we're unhappy. We're real people with real answers who are only a phone call away. 

    We'll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery. We'll give you either a refund or exchange. It's your choice. 

    You're responsible for shipping costs to return an item, but we're happy to provide the shipping label. The exception is damaged or defective items; in that case we pick up the shipping tab.

    To get the process rolling, e-mail us at [email protected] or chat with us on our website. Please provide the following info:

    - Your name
    - Your order number
    - Product to be returned or exchanged
    - Reason for return or exchange (we appreciate feedback!)

    Note: we value play and time with our families just as much as you do; we’re available during normal working hours on normal business days.

                        

    But what if something breaks? 

    If something happens to your gear that's beyond normal wear and tear, give us a ring or shoot us an e-mail (again that's [email protected] or chat with us on our website.

    It doesn't matter how long you've had the product for, we'll do our best to fix the situation. We want your experience with Garage Grown Gear to be awesome. We want you to be so blown away by our personalized customer service that you have to tell your friends about us. 

                       

    The Fine Print

    Exchanges are subject to an item still being in stock. Some items, such as food and custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged or defective. Items that cannot be returned will be identified as such in the product description.

    If you return an item for a refund you will be refunded the amount of the item only, not your shipping charge.

    Pack your returns carefully! It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

    It takes 3–5 business days to process an exchange or return after it arrives to us. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your item is safely back in our hands.

    We retain the right to make the final determination of what constitutes “new, unused.”

    Amazing customer service

    I've been browsing the GGG website for a long time and finally decided to make an order for multiple items I've been eyeing. Turns out that the company making one of the items I ordered could no longer supply it, even though it had been up for ordering on the GGG site. GGG took swift action: they refunded me for the missing item, took the brand off their site immediately and included a bunch of awesome freebies with the rest of my order. Such attentive customer service is rare and much appreciated. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
