It helps to improve physical performance and maintain salt and water balance for sustained energy due to the combination of brown rice syrup, cane sugar, magnesium, and potassium. The passion fruits used in this gel are sourced in the central region of Vietnam and take less then 18 hours after harvest to be processed into a gel leaving you with prime, fresh flavor and nutrition.
Take up to 15 minutes prior to exercise, then every 30-40 minutes during your exercise with water.
