Mallory started her textile journey in 2012 with a $100 sewing machine from Ebay, a corner of her parents' basement, and an Etsy shop where she sold one of a kind tee-shirt skirts. That story quickly changed as she became deeply rooted in the outdoor industry and started making clothes she didn't see there - brightly-colored, well-fitting, crossover athletic wear - with factories in the USA from recycled fabrics. That business was called Kind Apparel and ultimately was an expression of her and a celebration of sustainable manufacturing. But over the years, while interacting with thousands of women who also wanted the same things Mallory did, it was time for a change.
In November of 2020, she launched Youer - a brand built by the incredible community of women that supported Kind Apparel over the years. Youer is about celebrating everything that makes you different, it's about showing the world your personality through bold colors and bright patterns, supporting causes you care about and voting for women with your dollars. It's about celebrating all the different ways we "get after it", and the "every day adventure". Because, life isn't all about summits and traverses - it's about all the things we do every day - kicking butt at work, raising a family, trying a new recipe for dinner, fixing a flat, getting an extra hour of sleep, and LIVING.
Mallory was 22 when she started making clothes and she's grown up so much along the way - now her company has too.

I love this shop! I am a repeat offender. Such an easy process to purchase items here. I love to use the “filter” button to narrow down what I need, whether it is a brand or an item under $20. I honestly think you could outfit yourself for a hike just thru this site- so cool! Quick shipping and my favorite part … I love getting my personalized note from GGG crew members. Such an awesome touch. Keep up the amazing job GGG!!🧡
Hands-, feet-, head-, whatever- down, simply the best. You just can't do much better than GGG. The positivity is welcomed and infectious. From the descriptions of the products, the interactions on emails, the little notes on the receipts, the fast service, the QUALITY of the products... I have only good vibes for these guys. And I must have about 5 of those teeny tiny toothbrushes :-D Cheers!!!
