There’s nothing better than kicking back with a cold brew out in the hills. But hauling your suds out there can be a challenge. Coolers are awkward and bulky. Backpacks let your beer get lukewarm. College student Andrew Blevins tried tackling this problem by putting a soft sided cooler into a backpack. It worked, sort of.
Four iterations and one Kickstarter campaign later, Blevins founded Cold Shoulder Bags, a stylish backpack with a removable cooler that fits snuggly inside. The product also features a fleece-lined laptop sleeve and a roll-top closure, so you can throw all of your other gear on top of the cooler. And, with an included bottle opener, you’ll never be left empty handed.
